My Story
My name is Ali Brown and I am a traditionally trained graphic designer, artist and educator. I did not touch a computer until I started work in an actual design environment after graduating University. Artists and designers when it comes to computers I feel your pain; I've been there.
This is something I aim to offer help and support with. There are dozens of new small businesses opening up daily who want to be self sufficient, and why not?
With the many available apps on offer it is getting easier for a new business to be in control of their branding and design. A word of caution, ensure that the programmes and apps used are fit for purpose...and...that you know that you are compliant with the licensing rules within.
Through workshops and one to ones my aim is to support artists and small start up businesses, by equipping them with the tools to become independent and to offer cost effective solutions to make design accessible to all. I give the help that new businesses need to gain the confidence to move forwards, whilst in control of their design for marketing. Aside from this I am on hand and provide advice on the day to day questions of staying in control of your branding.
